What's the process, month to month?
If I'm writing blogs or case studies, we'll create a quarterly strategy on what we're writing, and I'll send them over month to month. For social media and email clients, we work a month in advance. I'll give you a call towards the start of the month; we'll discuss what the next batch of posts/emails could include (stories, updates, industry news), and then I'll go away and draft them for you to review. It's really simple, and it lets me be creative, whilst you focus on the other bits of your job.
